01. What this covers

This explains the cookies and similar storage used by the TuTuStay website and the storage used by the TuTuStay app. Cookies are small files a website leaves in your browser; apps do not use cookies in the same way, so Section 05 covers the equivalent storage on your phone.

It sits alongside the Privacy Policy, which covers personal information generally.

02. The short version

• This website sets one kind of cookie: Google Analytics, to count visits.
• We set no advertising cookies, and we do not sell what we collect.
• The website has no login, so there is no session or authentication cookie.
• The app uses no cookies. It stores your login token in your phone's secure keystore and a few preferences on the device.

03. Strictly necessary cookies

We do not set any. This website is a brochure — it has no login, no cart, and no session to keep. The only request it makes to our own servers is fetching the text of the legal page you are reading, and that request carries no cookies.

04. Analytics cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they read. It sets these cookies in your browser:

What we use this for: visitor counts, which pages get read, roughly where traffic comes from. What we do not use it for: advertising, profiling, or identifying you personally. We do not run Google Ads or any advertising pixel, and there is no Facebook, LinkedIn, or TikTok tag on this site.

These cookies are set when the page loads. The site does not currently show a cookie banner or ask you first. If you would rather not be counted, you can block them — see Section 07.

Google processes this data under its own privacy terms.

05. The app: no cookies, but it does store things

The TuTuStay app does not use cookies. It stores the following on your device:

Clearing the app's data or uninstalling it removes all of this. Signing out removes the login token.

Two screens (banner details, announcements) render content in an embedded web view. That content is assembled by the app rather than loaded from an external site, but images inside it may be fetched from our storage provider.

06. Other third parties that see you without setting cookies

Some parts of the site load from other companies' servers. They do not set cookies, but any request to a server discloses your IP address and browser details to whoever runs it:

In the app, Google also provides push notifications and performance monitoring — the Privacy Policy covers those.

07. How to control cookies

In your browser. Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies, in Settings under Privacy. Blocking the two cookies in Section 04 has no effect on this site's functionality — nothing here needs them, and you can read every page with them blocked.

Opting out of Google Analytics specifically. Google publishes a browser add-on that opts you out across every site using Analytics: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control. This site does not currently respond to these signals.

In the app. Sign out to clear your login token; clear the app's data in your device settings to remove stored preferences. The app has no analytics to opt out of — Google Analytics is switched off in its configuration.

08. Changes

If we add cookies — advertising, a session cookie for a future login, or another analytics tool — we will update this document and bump its version before doing so. The effective date above reflects the current version.
